Please note that on the day of departure the rooms must be left by 10.00 a.m. to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals.

PLEASE NOTE
As B&Bs are small family-run businesses, we DO NOT HAVE a 24-hour reception service as in hotels, so please inform us here or by phone of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival.
In case of any delay, we kindly ask you to inform us as you may not find anyone at home, so we can avoid the inconvenience of unnecessary waiting.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the fare and it’s served from 8:00 am to 10:00 a.m.
Do you prefer breakfast in bed? It will be served at any time you desire, you just have to fill out before 6:30 p.m. of the day before the form that you will find in the bedroom, choosing the ingredients that you wish to find, leave it at the reception, we will think about the rest.
Do you want to sleep till noon or have breakfast before 8:00 a.m.? Don’t worry, you will always find at your disposition a selection of delicious product, or you can ask for schedule flexibility.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

No refund of deposit+full payment exceeded 7 days before arrival.
No prepayment – Full payment online exceeded 7 days.
- Customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- If the customer does not show up, he/she will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.
